MR. MALCOLM W. HENDRY
Travellers who use the RotoruaGisborne road will learn with deep regret of the death at Gisborne early yesterday morning of Mr. Malcolm William ("Buster") Hendry, one of the best known service car drivers in the Auckland and Hawke's Bay districts. . i J The late Mr. Hendry was the only son of Mr and Mrs T. Hendry of the ] Opotiki Hotel and had been in the employ of the Rotorua Motor Trans port Co. sinee 1923, during whicl time he had conveyed some thousandi of travellers in safety over the notori; ously difficult Motu road.
