Rec. April 25, 7.45 p.m. CALCUTTA, Sunday. Following the arrest of the Congress leaders there is tense excitement in Delhi. The authorities succeeded in rounding up most of the provincial delegates, but a few managed to meet secretly and earry resolutions pledging loyalty to Gandhi and resolved to continue the disohedience campaign until India achieved her freedom.
