— By TelegrSiph — Copyright).
Rec. April 24, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Saturday. The text of Mr. de Valera's Oath Removal Bill has been issued. The second clause reads "Section 2 of the Constitution is hereby repealed." This is the section which gives the force of law to the Treaty. The Morning. Post's Dublin correspondent understands that Mr. de Va- \ lera's decision thus to xepudiate the | whole 'Treaty has been reached after warning by his legal advisers that if ! Section 2 be not repealed, there would | be a danger of the Oath Bill being j challenged in due course on the | grnitnd . .that it was repugnant to the I Treaty, and consequently void.
