RIFLE SHOOTING

LADIES NIGHT Fourteen ladies attended the weekly practice at the drill hall on Tuesday evening. The highest score obtained by any lady member so far is 61, and four ladies have obtained this, ther.e being Mrs T. Jackson, Mrs G. II. We:'T and the Misses L. Richardson and M. Yuill. The ladies are reported to have made quite as much improvement in their shooting as the men. The following were the scores: Mvs T. Jackson 61, Miss M. Yuill 61, Mrs H. Henderson 56, Miss J. Isdale 5i, Mrs Wishnowsky 52, Miss W. E. Ellison 52, Mrs M. McNa;r 51, Miss M. West 48, Miss M. Blaelt 44, Miss Allen 39, Miss V. Butl'er 37, Miss T. West 32, Miss J. Anderson 31, Miss J. McKibbon 19.
