Rec. April 21, 10.30 p.m. LONDON, Thursday. Details of the additional tariffs will be issued to-night for publication on Friday and will operate immediately. The Times says the scheme for the collection of employees income tax by deductlon from wages and salaries by weelcly and monthly instalments is embodied in a memorandum of the Board of Inland Revenue which is being sent to all local authorities and big employers. The scheme is voluntai'y and is designed to ease the burden off employees who experience difficulty in making the necessary provision on their own responsibility.
