During the 40 hours of the exposition of the Sacrament the whole city will be lit all night long, candles burning in every window. The final celebration of High Mass, which will he in Phoenix Park, will be followed by the Papal Legate, leading a procession of 1,000,000 people, walking eight abreast, necessitating 20,000 stewards to assist the civic guards^
