CAIRQ, Sunday. "Egypt must carry out an active policy Of enmity toward's Britain," declared Nahas Pasha, former Egyptian Prime Minister, speaking at' the tomb of the Wafdist leader, Zaghlul Pasha, whose widow exhorted" the Wafdists to swear by the tomb of their former leader to war against Britain.
