Favourable comment on the action of the New Zealand Rugby Union in prohibiting players with injuries to the head from taking part in games for. fear of concussion was made by Mrs. H. D. Muir, president, at the annual meeting of the Wellington Basketball Association. It was decided to make it a by-law that referees should be given power to stop girls from playing in a game after head injuries were received.
