AUCKLAND, Sunday. A decision to postpone his departure for tbe North Auckland for a week on account of fhe difficulty in obtaining a sufficiently powerful electric motor to drive the revolving wind screen of his racing car, was reached by Mr. Norman Smith after tbe tests on Saturday.
