SYDNEY, Saturday. In the event of the High Court deciding against New South Wales Goveriiment on the motion to compel the banks to r-eturn all State moneyS paid to the Commonwealth, the Governor, Sir Philip Game, will dissolve the State Parliament. This view is expressed by well-informed people.' It is' believed that the Govefnor is extremely perturbed at the possibility of a r evolution. The' trade unions have announced their intention to take their plaee "in the fight which is iinpending," 'and is accordingly enlisting the aid from returned soldiers and placing a united organisation at the dispo'sal of the Premier. ' Notification was sent from the Premier's office ybsterday to the Moorfield Racing Club that the totaliSator ' must not be used at to-day's races. This will ' prevent the Commonwealth obtaining revenue from that source. The Government also has placed an embargo on the use of the totalisator at forthcoming pony meetings.
