Rec. April 11, 11 p.m. ADELAIDE, Monday. South Australian manufacturers are reachjng something, approaching a boom p'erjod. In Adelajde, factories cannot cope witji the orders, which are flowing in upon them. Under the Lang regime, New South Wales factories can no longer compete with those of Yictoria. Thus, Yicloria'.s surplus, which used to' go to South Australia, now goes to Sydriey.
