WHAKATANE, Friday. The annual meeting of the Whakatane City Football Club was held on Wednesday, when the president, Mr. A. F. Moncur, took th'e chair. Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follows: — Patron, Mr. W. Sullivan; president, Mr. R. Woolliams; vice-pi*esidents, Messrs A. F. Moncur, H. Kis'sling, A. Hayter, G. Phillips, C. Neilson, F. Lysaght and J. Pyne; secretary, Mr. F. Waugh; d'elegates to the un'on, Messrs. F. Lysaght and C. Neilson; committee, the vice-presid-ents and secretary; club-captain, Mr J. Pyne, social committee, Messrs. F. Brown, R. Bridger, F. Waugh, J. Burgess and M. Cummings. Subscription was fixed at 7/6 for senior players and 5/- for junior players.
