"A man who enters into these obligations when out of Work, has very little sense of the fitness of things," remarked. the distriet unemployment certifying officer (Mr. E. Tyler) at last evening's meeting o# the Rotorua Relief committee when the case of a relief worker who had married while unemployed was under consideration.
