RUGBY, Wednesday. The subscription fqr the issue of £1,500,000 in 5 per cent. stock offered at £100 10/- by the Lpndcjn and Home Counties Joint Electricity Authority were closed within 10 miputes this morning, the amount having been over-subscribed.
