MASTERTON, Tuesday. Charged with the murder of his parents, at Mangamahoe, J ohn Co,rrigan, aged 23 years, appeafed bofore Messrs Simpson and Greathead, .justices of the peace, in the Eketfihuna Police Court this hidfhihg, aiid was remhnded to appear iri Wellirigtori on 'Apfil 6. Bail Wa^ refused. An ihquest whs opened at Masterton this morriing fob the ideritification of the victims of the tragedy, Mr. John Corrigan, farmer, aged 64 yeairs, rind Mrs Elleri Corrigan, hifl wife, aged 57 years. The iriquest was then adjourned sine die.
