STORE SHEEP AT FRANKTON COMPETITION NOT KEEN HAMILTON, Saturday. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, Hamilton, report on their weekly store sheep sale held at Frankton yards on March 23, as f ollows: — Although there was a fairly heavy yarding of lambs, and no reservations were made, competition was not so keen as at last week's sale, and values receded slightly. Store ewas, of which there was an average ofl\ r~ ing, were hard to quit. Good store lambs brought 4/8 to 5/7; medium sorts, 4/3 to 4/7; poorer quality, 3/6 to 4/3; four-tooth and six-tooth ewes, 7/6; two-tooth ewas, 8/- to 9/6; other ewes, 4/6 to 6/6.
