CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday. A pieeting of unemployed workers to-day declared "black" the schenle of works to be car-ried out by thq Waimakariri River Trust in conjunctiqn with the Unemployment Bqard, o,n which works, married men were offered 37/6 for a 40-hours week.
