CONFERENCE ADVOCATES ABOLITION OF CAPITAL LEVY FOR UNEMPLOYED

SYDNEY, Saturday. The Easter conference of the Australian Labour Party has opened at the Trades Hall. The speeches delivered so far have advocated the aholition of the Capitalist system. The Unemployment Committee's proposals included a capital levy, or, as an alternative, a steepjy-graded income .tax.
