WALNUT CAKE.
Six ounces of butter, 1| cups flour, J 1 cup sugar, i-cup milk, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 2 eggs, 1 eup walnuts cut small, cinnamon to taste. Cream butter and sugar, add flour, baking powder, spice and nuts, lastly add eggs were beaten with the milk. Bake about half an hour.— Mrs. H. Campbell, Eruera Street. -2
