BAND CONCERT
The band concert to be held in the : Majestic Theatre on Sunday evening promises to be an outstanding enter- ! tainment. Chun Yuen Tai, the famous i Chinese monologue sketch artist, has ; been specially engaged to appear. j | Last winter, Chun Yuen Tai delight- ; ;j ed thousands of wireless enthusiasts ' j when he was broadcasted by 2YA i from the various Wellington band | concerts. In his performance he inii troduces some remarkable chalk talks, | double hand sketching and his famous - velvet rag pictures. t Items by the - Rotorua Municipal [] Band and solos by the well known || Rotorua singers, Mr. T. Bennett and I Miss Tirita Butt, will form the bulk [ of the programme. During the even- | ing, His Worship the Mayor, Mr. T. ; Jackson, will present the new instrui ment's to the members of the Rotorua ; Boys' Band. Lieut. E.
