Lang, Premier of New South Wales, makjng a Jast appeai for the payment of interest in default, amounting to £830,000, befpre invoking th'e prov.isions of the new Financial Agreeiment Enforcement 'Act., Mr Lang, on the other hand, has * announced his intention to test the consiitutionality of the new Act in the Court.
