FINAL SELECTION OF BAY 0 PLENTY TEAM TO PLAY AT HAMILTON HARDING AND GODSALVE The Bay of Plenty Crieket Sj Association held an executive ra ing in Rotorua last evening to ] eeive from the selectors (Mes Reed, Moffat and Lenihan), ti final selection of players to represi the Bay districts in the HawkeC challengn match to be played Hamilton on March 26, 28 and 2; The team selected is as follovs: E. W. Wells (Waimana), E. York, M. H. Lyon (Whakatane), Broberg (Tauranga) , E. G. Suti land, W. S. Wallis, F. J. Lenihan, Gresham, E. G. Hampson, S. E. G: salve and B. Harding (Rotorua). The position of twelfth manl not yet been filled S. Spoors, who was previouslynif tioned as the wicket-keeper of j team is not available, and the posifc will be filled hy L. Gresham. At the suggestion of the selecfe the committee unanimously apprci of the appointment of F. J. Leni as captain and assistant manager, 3 F. G. Reed having been appoin'. manager. Practices will be held on thel torua High School grounds evening at 5 p.m., at which all; Rotorua rnembers of' the team E attend.
