“POST” COMPETITION
MANY ATTRACTIVE ENTRIES RECEIVED FROM READERS THIS WEEK'S PRIZE LIST The "Post's" home recipe competition has aroused keen interest among our lady readers, and the entries received for this week include recipes for many really nttractive dishes. Nearly thirty different recipes were sent in, many of them original, and tlje judge's task in deciding upon the winner has been a difficult one. However, she has given the award to Mrs. George Nelson, of Arawa Street, for her recipe for bran, date and nut muffiris. Spaee will not permit us to publish to-day the v/hole of the othei recipes received this week, but a selection of.the best of them has been made and appears bqlow. Others will be published as opportunity offers. The prize of five shillings for last week's wipning eutry has been paid to the winner, Mrs. Chambers, of Pererika Street.
