Rec. Feb. 24, 7 p.m. PARIS, Wednesday. In the Chamber of Deputies the Socialist, M. Blum, commenced to attack the Government when a Nationalist military deputy shouted: "You advocate of Germany." The Spcialists protested, and an ttproar ensued. For 15 m»nutes the Deputies of the Right and the Left fought fiercely on . the floor of the House. Collars, shirts and coats were torn. Some Deputies emerged with black eyes, others with bleeding noses, and many heeded medical attention.
