John McShane and Joseph McShane £3 7s 4d; same v. Lawrence Mudgway, £14 6d; same v. James Philson, £31 15s lOd; same v. A. H. Watson, £3 17s ld; M. Roland v. C. Channing, £4 0s 4d. R. G. Williamson obtained an order for possession before March 31 against E? A. Relph and for the payment of £31 16s 8d. Judgment Summonses O. H. Coleman obtained an order against T. Ngatai for the payment of £5 ls 6d forthwith. Default was fixed at five days' imprisonment. J. Auld was ordered to pay the Rotorua Plumbing and Hardware Co. the sum of £17 0s 6d forthwith in default 17 days' imprisonment. F. W. Bredenbeck obtained an order against W. Anderson for the payment of £14 4s, in default 14 days' imprisonment. J. H. Dufty was ordered to pay W. Galbraith the sum of £6 15s 6d, in default seven days' gaol.
