MAJESTIC

TO-DAY AND TO-NIGHT. One of the most absorbing pictures that has been filmed in a long time comes to the Majestic Theatre to-day. It is Warner Brothers and Vitaphone picture called "The Office Wife," with the attractive Dorothy Macltaill and the fascinating Lewis Stone in the leading roles. The centre of the triangle is a busy executive whom Mr. Stone portrays with the understanding and superb acting that has made him famous The wife is played efficiently by Natalie Moorhead. Dorothy Mackaill, the versatile young actress, portrays the role of the private secretary who falls in love with Lewis Stone. The wife is not the pitiful creature who is neglected by her hsuband. This wife has interests of her own, and her husband turns to his secretary naturally for her companionship and advice. The secretary is engaged to a young reporter, incidentally? and the wife is having a flirtation with a handsome acquaintance by the name of Jameson. Besides Dorothy Mackaill and Lewis Stone, who are always excellent, there is a distinguished cast of players including Hobart Bosworth, Blanche Frederici, John Blondell, Natalie Moorhead, Brooks Benedict, Dale Fuller and Walter Merrill.
