TWO BRITISH SAILORS RUGBY, Thursday. The Admiralty has received a report from the Commahder-in-Chief (Vice-Admiral Sir W. A. H. Kelly) tliat at five o'clock this morning (local time) two naval ratings of H.M.S. Suffollc — H. H. Francis, of Chatham, and H. G. Prior, of Portsmouth — who were part of the guard on duty at Hongkew wharf, Shanghai, were seriously iiijured by Chinese shellfire. Both died later in the day.
