TO-NIGHT Lew Ayres, recently presented by Universal in the leading role of Erich Maria Remarque's powerful story of the World War, "All Quiet on the Western Front," now shows his versatility in a story of an entirely different nature. "Many a Slip" is the title of this newest photoplay, and in it the handsome Lew is co-featurejd with Joan Brnnett, youngest and not the least capahle of the famors Bennett sisters. The story is ono of. the screen's most daring comcdies, and traces tlis ad venture:? of a boy and a girl who love not wisely, hut too well. "Many a Slip" is said to be one of the most hilarious comedies yet to reach the screen.
