PETROL DOWN
REDUCTION OF ONE PENNY A GALLON FOR BOTH GRADES WELLINGTON, Wednesday. A reduction is announced in the wholesale priee of petrol, first and -second grade, of one penny per gallon, as from to-morrow. Mr. M. Ross, seeretary of the Wellington Motor Traders' Association, ; said to-night, that the question of the reduction had not b|bn considered by the retailers, but that that would be done in the course of a day or two.
