AIRPORT IN ICELAND
LONDON,. Wednesday. Reylcpavik messages state that the Am&riean Airlines Corporation has applied to the Government for permission to establish a modern airport and radio station in Iceland in connection with the project to establish a daily mail service between London and Detroit, covering the distance in 48 hours, or 72 hours if limited to daytime flying. -
