SHELLS IN BRITISH AREA Rec. Feb. 17, 5.5 p.m. SHANGHAI, Tuesday. During the usual nightly bombardrnent, a shell fell in the dock district in the International Settlement, -seriously wounding two British sailors and damaging wharves and pontoons, the property of the British. Miss Margaret Nash, a typiste in the British Consulate, was hanging up her eoat after lunch when a xftystery bullet crashed through a window, traversing her deslc. Mr. J. F. Brennan, Consul-General, was in the next roonx.
