BACON AND BROAD BEANS.
Make a nice white sauce with butter, flour, milk, stock or water. Have the beans partly cooked (other vegetables may be used). Put the bacon, beans and sauce together, and eook till the beans af e done, and the sauce has taken the flavouring of the bacon.
