CAR OVER ROCKS
AUCKLAND, Tuesday. A motor car, owned and driven by Mr. F. E. Skeates, of Muriwai, ran backward over the edge of the rocks at Muriwai Beach and fell down a 7ft. ledge on to the sand below, when it became out of control. Mr. Skeates and his wife, the only other occupant of the vehicle, escaped serious injury, but suffered minor bruises and shock.
