BACON AND BROAD BEANS.
Make a nice white 'sauee with butter, flour, milk, stoelc or water. Have . the beans partly cooked (other vegetables may be used). Put the bacon, beans and sauce together, and cook till the beans are done, and the sauce has taken the f avouring of the bacon.
