Scratchings Cancelled
When the crowd dispersed, no arrangement had been come to by the stewards regarding the scratchings, but at a subsequent meeting it was decided to cancel all scratchings from and including the third race onwards. Admission to the course to-day will be free. The privileges of special ticket holders, will of course, not be interfered with.
