The delegate also urged the publication of teach ^country's stoGks of war materials, the limitation of gun calibres to 203 millimetres; the limitation of submarine tonnage to 1,000 tons," with a limited range of- acti'on,' the construction of merchant vessels so that they cannot be fitted with armaments, the- abolition of military aviation and the' mt'eruational control of civil aviation.
