WORK AROUND ROTORUA At the monthly meeting of the Waikato Hospital Board held in Hamilton yesterday, the department of Health advised tliat the ax*ea proposed *to be eovered hy the Rotorua*, districtnurse was the Matamata County,- Rotorua Goxinty, Atiamuri, Wharepaina, Reporoa and Murapara arid that The approximate 'cost of the nursing work was £250 per annum. In its previdus letter the department asked the borird ■ to contribute a d'efinite sum- of £50 per annum toWards the experidtixire. Mr. Gf tUrquhart (Rotofri"a),"rhmarked that the nurse was perfofming very satisfactory work in his.district and was saving the hoard a good deal in hospital expense. " He moved that the hoard contribute the £50 asked for. , , The motion was carried.
