BACON AND BROAD BEANS.
Make a nice white sauce with butter, flour, milk, stock or water. Have the beans partly cooked (other vegetables may be.used). Put the bacon, beans and sauce together, and cook till the beans are done, and the sauce has taken the flavouring of the bacon.
