Rec. Feb. 5, 5.5 p.m. MONTREAL, Thursday. Employees on the Canadian Railways have accepted the 10 per cent. wage cut for one year. A total of 26,000 employees on the Canadian National and Canadian Pacific Railways are affected. .'The dec'.sion ended a week's negotiations. ^
