APPEAL TO CREDITORS
TWELVE MONTHS' SUSPENSION SYDNEY, Tuesday. The "Labour Daily" says that in aceordance with the ultimatum that New South Wales must make its own financial arrangements, issued by the Loan Couneil in defiance of financial agreements, a cablegram was sent on behalf of the New South Wales Government to the Agent-General, Mr. A. C. Willis instructing him to negotiate with the bondholders' associations for the suspension of payment of interest for twelve months.
