Mr. J. M. Roberts, manager of thj Bank of New Zealand at Rotorua returned home on Saturday with Mri Roberts and their family, from Moun Maunganui. Mr Roberts has quite re covered from the severe cold he conj tracted two weeks ago. Major and Mrs Carlyon-Britton, re turned to Rotorua on Saturday even; ing, accompanied by Sister Mitchell of King Street Hospital, and Goml mander L. C. Carlyon-Britton, aftei a very enjoyable holiday at the ChaS teau Tongariro. . Mr. J. e. Moss, of St. Louis, U.S.a] Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Tattersfijsld, oj Auckland, and Mr. J. D. Agar, o Wellington, are at the Grand Hote Mr. A. L. Stedman, Mr. and Mri A. Duthie, and Mr. and Mrs. Shrof of Auckland, are staying at Brent' Batligate House. Mr. R. Whiting, of London, S1 L. A. de Guere, of Wisconsin, U.S.A and Mr. P. B. Sadler, of Philadelphii U.S.A., are at the Grand Hot.el. Mrs. J. Browne, Mr. F.' Br.owrn jun., Misses Fox (2), and Captain an Mrs. G. E. Fox, of Auckland, ai among the guests -at' Brent's Batl gate House. Mr. R. P. Worley, of Aucklani Lieut.-Commander and Mrs. Richai Airey, of Sussex, England, and M and Mrs. W. E. Briggs, of Leiceste shire, England, are at the Grat Hotel. Mrs. McDiarmid, of Pukekohe, M R. Learning, first assista master at the Rotorua High Scho will be in attendance at the schc to-day from 9 a.m. until 12 noon, a: from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. for the pt pose of enrolling new pupils.
