TOMATO SCRAMBLE
Ingredients: Two good-sized tomatoes, 2 eggs, some slices of buttered toast. Method: Drop the tomatoes into boiling water until they will peel easily. Melt a little butter in a pan and cut the tomatoes into slices. Add pepper and salt and cook until tender. Break two eggs into the mixture and stir it gently until the eggs are scrambled into the tomato. Serve on fingers of hot buttered toast.
