Rec. Jari. 26, 8.0 p.m. NEW YORK, Monday. Representing some, 1507 claimants to the Wendal fortune, 73 lawyers filled the Surrogates Court to-day, to prevent probate of the will. The Court grarited an extensiori until February 14, when further consideration will be given to this complicated case. .
