Rec. Jan. 24, 5.0 p.m. SAN DIEGO, Friday. Aguascalientes officials report that the owners of Plucky Play have decided that the horse shall not take part in the special race in which Phar Lap is to be engaged, but assurances have been received that Dr. Freeland will participate and the officials say that the race will be run if there are but two entrants.
