Rec. Jan. 21, 9.30 p.m. DELHI, Thursday. East Bengal, which is the hot bed of the revolutionary movement, is again fhe scene of dastardly outbreaks. An Ebglish police inspector, Mr. Bourne, of Dacea, was stabhed in jthe head and left unconscious and rohhed of his revolyer^ hy an unknown assailant, while entering his home. The police later raided a students' hostel attached to the Dacea University, and arrest,ed two students.
