The "Daily Express" Berlin porrespbndent says jiiat sweep. irig tarxff changes will be intiroduced .to-day through an .eriiergency decree dire'cted against all countiries with depreciated currejncies, parlicixlarly Great Britain and Denmark. It is expected that the present duty on Danish hutter will be dou,bled. , The ^changes will be a blow to Australia and New Zealand, as in addition , to harrowing Germany's market, they will result in ihe D'pmihioris having to face increased competition in the British market.
