Rec. Jan. 18, 7.0 p.m. LONDON, Monday. A fire in the Hamilton (Lanarksbire) lodging house for aged people, resulted in two inmates being burnt to death. The manager, Mr. Lynch, and Constables Crichton and Ross heroically rescued 14 others, mostly septuagenarians.
