-By Telegraph — Copyright).
Rec. Jan. 10, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Saturday. Mrs Victor Eruce, accompanied by her husband, will shortly attempt a month's flight over London without alighting, in the hope of beating the American endurance record of 27 days. They should cover 70,000 miles, refuelling twice daily. An aeroplane will be sent up and will provide the Bruces with petrol, oil, food and water by means of pipes and ropes. Mrs Bruce will fly a Monospan light machine, built ott simple lines with two 75 h.p. engines, similar to that used by Mr. Butler on his Australian flight.
