1TIKI0, Saturday. The Cabinet tendered its resignation because it held itself responsible in typical Japanese fashion, for failure to prevent the attempt on the life of the Emperor. The bomb was tlA'own at the Emperor's carriage and the horse and guardsmen were injured. The assailant is a young Korean named Rihosho. Another bomb was found in his pocket. Because there was no political significance attached to the bomb, outrage, the Cabinet*s resignation has not been accepted.
