Rec. 'Dec. 27, 5-.5 p.m. NEW YORK, Saturday. The "New York Time's" Calcutta correspondent , states that Abdul Gaffar Khan, leader of the "Red Shirts" on the North West Frontier, with three of his chief supporters was arrested at Peshawar last night. Information received at Calcutta led the local authorites to believe that several revolutionary leaders, who had been hiding in the jungle around Chittagong, had eluded the military cordon and escaped from the district and made their way to Calcutta.
